On June 28, 2020, 40 people from around the country joined in an online Zoom meeting where Dr Laura Vogl shared her experience of surviving COVID-19 while living with Addison’s Disease. Just knowing someone with Addison’s disease can survive COVID-19 is very reassuring.

Dr Vogl also led a discussion on some strategies for how to deal with the isolation of being in lockdown (e.g. how to avoid Ground Hog Day), and some safe ways of moving back to a ‘new normal’. A special thanks to Dr Vogl for her terrific insights, and to others who shared their expertise and experiences. Well done everybody for managing the online meeting environment so well!
